Becoming a Financial Wellness Coach enables me to draw upon life experiences, both professionally and personally, and use them to help other women find financial stability and peace of mind.
It was a natural progression for me to transition from Licensed Financial Advisor to launching my own practice as a Financial Wellness Coach.
I grew up in a close-knit family on Long Island, New York. Most often our weekends entailed my parents, my two siblings and myself piling in the car for a four plus hour car-trip to visit our grandparents on Maryland’s beautiful eastern shore. Many warm and wonderful childhood memories are of those visits.
In my early 20’s I secured a job as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the Pension Management division of Neuberger Berman. Little did I know that working at Neuberger Berman would end up putting me on the path to eventually become a licensed Financial Advisor at The Vanguard Group.
Early on in my career, I moved to Chester County, PA with my husband and started a family. It was then I made a decision to take a “hiatus” from my full-time employment to raise our three children and go back to school to pursue a degree from Villanova University. In between my children’s sport practices, music rehearsals and dance recitals, my entrepreneurial spirit was born. I began a business selling beautifully handcrafted pottery, glassware and jewelry created by artisans throughout the U.S. I learned a great deal about running a business from this experience, but it was during my time as a Financial Advisor some time later, that I discovered exactly what I wanted to do: become a Financial Coach for women.
When I am not coaching, my greatest joy is spending time with my family and friends. I love entertaining, boating on the Chesapeake Bay, hiking the Adirondack mountains in Lake George, New York, biking new trails and singing when I find the time.
As a Financial Coach, I will provide you with the skills, discipline and knowledge to take charge of your financial well-being.
